Create A Delicious Sea Moos Smoothie (within 10 minutes)

INGREDIENTS
- 3/4 cup sea moss gell
- 2 cups frozen mango
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 tbsp ginger grated
- 1 cup coconut water
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients into a high speed blender
- Blend until smooth or reaches your desired consistency
- Serve and enjoy
You can add whatever fruits and spices (such as ginger) that you prefer. The smoothie tastes best with frozen fruits.

INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh-pressed apple juice
- 1 tbsp sea moss gel
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 1 dash ground cloves
- a dasg ground cinnamon
- 2 cups ice cubes
Place all ingredients into your blender and pulse blend until smooth.
RAW CACAO SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 oz sea moss
- 4 cups almond milk
- 1 banana (frozen)
- 4-6 medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 tbsp raw coconut butter/oil
- 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Crystal salt
- 1/2 vanilla bean scraped (or substitute with 1 tbsp vanilla extect)
- 1 dash cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg
Toss all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until creamy. Adjust the amount of sea moss to change up the thickness of your smoothie.
